Zapworld Click Tracker

Privacy policy

Effective date: 27 October 2026

This policy explains how Zapworld LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company organised in Wyoming, USA, handles data in the Zapworld Click Tracker service at track.zapworld.co (the "tracker"). Contact: business@zapworld.co.

What we collect when a tracking link is requested

We do not record IP addresses in our click log. Our hosting provider processes IP addresses to deliver each request.

Why we use it

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interests in measuring advertising and preventing fraud.

Cookies

The tracker sets no cookies and uses no browser storage or device fingerprinting.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Click records are kept in our hosting provider's logs, which are deleted automatically after 1 day.

Where it is processed

Data is processed in the United States.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights. Because we do not record IP addresses, names or contact details, we may need the Google click identifier (gclid) from the link you clicked to find your records. To make a request, email business@zapworld.co.

Children

The tracker is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
